I am an experienced and certified practitioner in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Therapeutic Massage, Indian Head Massage, the Bowen Technique, Hopi Ear Candling and a Karuna Reiki Master.

My interest in health and well-being has spanned 16 years, since I first commenced my journey into holistic training. Since I discovered Reiki in 1998, I left the retail management world behind and started my own business in Holistic Therapies. I was approached to start teaching and now run very successful courses on Indian Head Massage and all three levels of Reiki.

My life journey changed once again in 2005 when I left Cardiff to move to the Costa Blanca. I felt that the time had come to take my Reiki energy to another place and share it with others and have found that there are several spiritual people here.

The success with Body Harmony has continued and due to demand I was once again asked to teach more therapies, so I have added Reflexology and Hopi Ear Candling to my courses. All courses are certified and certificated. I also run a monthly Reiki share group which helps to bring so many like-minded people together. I am based in La Marina with is just north of Torrevieja and 25 minutes south of Alicante.

I use my Reiki on a daily basis and every part of my Reiki teaching comes from my own exploration of this wonderful healing energy. I have an infectious sense of humour and encourage others to find and celebrate their own gifts and abilities. Reiki draws me to myself and in it I find balance, stillness, clarity and share it with others.
